ASEICA (Association pour le Soutien de l'Enseignement International sur la Côte d'Azur) is a non-for-profit association that manages the international Anglophone section in 2 primary schools, 4 collèges (junior high) and 1 lycée (high school) in Valbonne - Sophia Antipolis, Mougins, Biot and Roquefort-les-Pins.
ASEICA's mission is to promote high-quality bilingual and bicultural education to prepare our children for tomorrow’s world.
To do this, the association employs a Pedagogical Director, a team of teachers and a small administrative team that manages the financial and administrative aspects. ASEICA liaises with Education Nationale and its partners, and organizes activities for its members and charitable actions. The association is financed by the tuition and the association fees paid by its members, i.e. the parents of the children enrolled in the program.
At the association's General Assembly, the ASEICA members - the parents of the children enrolled in its program - elect a Board of parent volunteers of 9 to 11 members to run the Association in close cooperation with its teaching Pedagogical Director and Finance & Administrative Manager.
