ASEICA

ASEICA, the "Association pour le soutien de l’Enseignement International sur la Côte d’Azur", has worked within the French state education system for more than 20 years, promoting high quality, bilingual education for thousands of children. |

With ASEICA, bilingual education begins at the age of 6. The children's week is equally divided between the Education Nationale primary programme, taught in French, and ASEICA's complementary curriculum, taught in English. |

More than 500 students currently follow ASEICA English and Humanities programmes in one of the three collèges in Sophia Antipolis offering the Brevet International. After 3ème they will all transfer to the anglophone section of the international lycée at the CIV. |

Students who complete the OIB at the CIV have had a sophisticated anglophone education in language, literature, history, geography and culture.
The experience of the student is not just an immersion in a challenging academic atmosphere, but also an enriching cultural one, where the methods of the teachers, as well as the content taught, reflect the origins of the teaching staff.

ASEICA employs over 20 qualified English mother-tongue teachers who work alongside French colleagues in a number of state schools in Sophia Antipolis and Mougins. Over 1000 children are currently registered with ASEICA, following primary, collège and lycée programmes culminating in the prestigious OIB examination. |
