International family picnic

The annual International Family Picnic traditionally takes place soon after the rentree. It brings together the German, Spanish, Italian and English sections of the CIV, Eganaude & Niki de St Phalle, and the English sections at Haut Sartoux & Les Trois Collines. At the start of the new school year, it is a perfect opportunity for families to meet and for new families to be welcomed into the International Community.

Each section provides an aperitif that is followed by family picnics, then shared desserts and finally games.

The day offers games including traditional favourites such as three legged race, sack race, egg on spoon race, team games such as football and cricket and baseball and a second-hand international book sale.
