What language is appropriate?

Resolutions should always be presented in non-coloquial English.

When speaking, the delegate should always refrain from the use of 'I'. For example: "I believe" instead replaced with "we believe" or the name of the nation you represent, e.g. "China believes".

Difficulty with English?

If you find that in writing your resolution you stumble to find new phrases, feel free to ask other MUN members to help you, or talk to your MUN director. You will also find useful words for writing your resolution on the useful words page in this website.
